The Story Behind Gather Grace and Graze

Gather Grace & Graze was created from a love of hospitality, meaningful moments, and beautifully curated food experiences,  both savory and sweet.

Founded by Karla, Gather Grace & Graze Charcuterie was inspired by years of hosting, celebrating, and bringing people together around thoughtfully prepared food. What began as a passion for elevated entertaining evolved into a brand rooted in intention, connection, and design-forward experiences.

At the heart of Gather Grace & Graze is the belief that food should feel personal. That’s why our signature Charcuterie Bar and Cannoli Bar are designed as collaborative, curated experiences. Clients work directly with Karla to thoughtfully select ingredients, toppings, and menu items, ensuring each experience reflects the vision of the event and the guests being served.

From intimate celebrations to large-scale events, every detail is crafted with premium ingredients, refined styling, and genuine care. The goal is always the same: to create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, engaged, and remembered.

I believe some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when people slow down, gather around a table, and share something thoughtfully prepared. I created Gather Grace & Graze to elevate those moments; to help hosts feel confident, guests feel cared for, and events feel truly memorable.

We recommend placing orders at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability. For large events, grazing tables, or carts, additional lead time is appreciated.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or pickup.

Charcuterie Carts
What is a charcuterie cart experience?

A charcuterie cart experience is a styled, interactive grazing service where guests enjoy curated bites served directly from a mobile cart. We offer both bottomless-style service, where selections are continuously replenished, and single-serve options, perfect for structured service or individually portioned moments. Cannoli carts are also available in both formats.

What types of events are carts best for?

Charcuterie carts are perfect for weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, showers, birthday celebrations, and branded activations where presentation and guest interaction matter.

How long does the cart stay on-site?

Bottomless charcuterie or cannoli cart experiences are 2 hours.

Single serve experiences are 1 hour.

Is staff included with the cart?

Yes. All cart experiences include professional on-site attendants to serve guests and ensure the display remains beautifully styled throughout your event.

Yes, carts can be hosted indoors or outdoors. Outdoor events must have suitable ground conditions and weather accommodations.
